JW lost a little bit of weight this week, although he is not missing any meals (4pds 15oz). I gave him a bath on Wednesday. It was the first bath I had given any of them. He squealed like a baby pig! No pun intended. Afterward he was so comfortable, as I held him while Sunny Joy came to sing. Sunny I promised, no pic, this time!
RE & RO weigh right @ 4 pds. a piece and are doing very well. We are begining to bottle feed all three. Some of the feeds go well some go all over you. The bottles are supplementing the feeding tubes which you will see below coming out of their noses. Whatever they don't finish on the bottles gets poured into a syringe and pushed through their feeding tubes - yummy.
The $64,000 question, "when can they come home?"
We don't know? Barring any hiccups, we hope to have them all home from four to eight weeks from now. Each coming home one @ a time (ex; one in four weeks, one in six weeks, one in eight). The order of which they come home is a toss-up. We have put odds on them but their health literally changes minute to minute? In other words - we have a while.
They continue to d-sat and have brady's - just not as frequently. The suck and swallow combo has not been acquired. They are on certain drugs that are helping their lungs to continue to develop - these drugs must be weaned out of their systems so that will take some time as well.... The check list goes on but we are slowly crossing things off.
Jill and I ask that you continue to pray for good health. Please pray for a miracle. We have prayed that God will allow them to continue to fight and fight they have. Through his Grace and your prayer their light will continue to shine bright and we shall forever be grateful.

These three pics are of RE from over a week ago,

RE looking a little Casper-ish. He got a blood transfusion not long after this photo below. He looks pink and plump today. When they get pale like this, so far, it has meant that their Hermatocrit (crit) levels are low. Crit level is the percentage of red blood cells in the blood, of which supply oxygen to your body's tissues. They have been to immature to produce or re-supply any loss of red blood cells hence the transfusion. They will produce this the older they get.
RE dreaming of his sand box in the backyard...
My dear boy JW (rest of the photos are him). We had a great day with all three, but it was a highlight to "cut" JW from all the wires & tubes, temporarily. It has only been a couple of times that we have seen them like this. It has been hard to really get a good look @ them. I joked that he and I were going to make a run for it when the nurses turned their backs... they never heard a thing.

JW about to get a bath. Yes Kelli Dad had not showered so he was stinky too. Thank you
