Jill and I were so excited with anticipation that JW was coming home today.... Well last night he had a heart rate drop! Apparently he can't get enough of the nurses @ UAB!! We were let down by the news because it delays his homecoming. In the big picture it has turned out to be the best thing. The Dr's have decided to let him come home on Wednesday!!

Since RE has been home we have had the opportunity to re-connect with him - we have been cognizant that our connection has been mostly "protection mode". We know their quirks, hiccups and who's who but we don't know where every single pimple on their hiney's are...YET! They grow and change dailey (JW weighs 9 pds. 1 oz). I go to the hospital on most days during lunch, sometimes I may miss two days. When I go they may have grown several oz's or more hair. Day to day it's unrecognizable but for limited times you see them I notice changes more vividly. It is nothing short of a miracle.

Jill and I have been so blessed....
