They have taken RE off his CPAP (again) on Thursday - the others still need the assistance of it. They have heard a small heart murmur coming from JW. Nothing unusual to preemies born at their gestation. It's simply a flap of tissue that has not grown together in his heart. They have administered medicine that should help this heal specifically. The doctors will be checking his progress in the next few days with an EKG.

The following are just some photos that we have taken in the past several weeks.
My wedding band around JW's arm.

RE (while he was the only one downstairs).

RO
All they have are backs and cracks! The cheeks will come later.

Nurse handing RO to Jill so she can hold skin-to-skin or "kangaroo holding".

RE had already been moved downstairs - that's why he's not in these photos.

RO is on the left, JW on right.

JW left, RO right.

RO rubbing JW's head.

Jill holding all three a few days after they were born. The nurses had to roll their Isoletes closer to her to get all the wiring to stretch.
